The keel mold and pouring history are covered in Keel Pour. The photo below shows the keel, with deadwood on top.   These along with the skeg and rudder were fit to the hull and the holes were drilled through the hull for the floors using the deadwood as a template prior to rollover.   I wanted the hull closer to the floor for the major part of construction so these items will be placed once the hull is complete and outside the shop.

The skeg and rudder were fit to the hull before the turnover.   Bronze backing plates and bronze nuts for the skeg are in the hull now, waiting for assembly once the keel is in place.
