The first bird this day was through our living room window, the bird a Song Sparrow. The outline of Mount Baker can be seen faintly behind the sparrow with Whidbey Island below.

After our gym class in Kingston, we drove a quarter mile further to Arness Park and found this Barrow's Goldeneye.

A Horned Grebe was mostly by himself later in the day at Poulsbo's Oyster Plant Park.
